Build a named Creator Edit — and grow it with MiPalette.
A modular makeup system you can curate, name, and make shoppable.
Dawn Maloney, makeup educator and founder of Dawn Til Dusk, is building a deeper Creator Collaboration with MiPalette — illustrating one possible path from a named Edit into professional education and Co-Creation.
A named Creator Edit brings your colors, creator name or brand identity, content, and tracked earnings together.
We’re keeping the Founding group focused so every collaboration gets real attention — and room to grow.
Your Founding identity stays with your MiPalette creator presence.
Your 10% base rate — and your 15% Creator rate once unlocked — are protected from general program-wide rate reductions for 12 months, subject to continued eligibility.
Early access to available Edit names and selected creator-product feedback.
Priority consideration for selected media support, events, retail, and Co-Creation opportunities.
We review content, audience fit, engagement, and overall creator alignment.
Approved creators activate through Shopify Collabs and start at 10%.
Publish your first qualifying MiPalette post. Once verified, unlock 15%. Keep the qualifying post public for 30 days.
Curate 4+ shades, name your Edit, and submit it for review. If your qualifying post clearly shows that Edit, the same content can count for both.
Start at 10%. Publish your first qualifying MiPalette content and, once verified, unlock 15% on eligible orders.
Eligible purchases and repeat purchases tied to your Creator Edit stay connected to you under the program terms. If you later leave the general Creator Program and your Edit remains on sale, eligible Edit-level earnings continue.
Proven demand can unlock consideration for deeper Co-Creation, with any added economics defined separately.
Selected Edits may receive MiPalette-funded amplification using approved brand assets.
Selected Edits may be featured across MiPalette social, email, launches, and education.
Founding Creators receive priority consideration for selected events, retail opportunities, and Co-Creation.
Starter Bundles are offered to selected creators after review. Selection may consider content quality, audience relevance, engagement, creator profile, reach potential, and product fit. There is no fixed follower minimum.
A Starter Bundle is not automatic and is separate from Creator approval or Founding status. If you receive one, you can try MiPalette honestly before deciding whether to publish. A positive review is never required.
If you do not publish qualifying content, you can remain an approved Creator at the 10% base rate.
Approved creators start at 10%. A Qualifying Post is an original, public video or feed/photo post on an approved creator account that clearly features MiPalette and includes the required creator/affiliate disclosure.
MiPalette targets verification within 3 business days. If a complete submission is still unreviewed after 5 business days for reasons attributable to MiPalette and is ultimately approved, the 15% rate is applied retroactively from the complete submission time, with an adjustment where needed.
Keep the approved Qualifying Post public for 30 calendar days. If you voluntarily remove it earlier, your rate returns prospectively to 10% once confirmed; previously validly earned commission is not clawed back solely because of the early deletion. Platform, legal, or safety-related removals may receive a short replacement window under the Program Rules.
A Creator Edit is a shoppable palette built from at least 4 existing MiPalette shades. You choose the color story and public name, add content that shows the Edit in use, and submit it for review.
You do not necessarily need two separate posts. If your first Qualifying Post clearly shows the same Creator Edit and meets the Edit content requirements, that content can count for both the 15% unlock and the Creator Edit submission.
Your first Creator Edit is curation of existing MiPalette shades — not a new formula or independently owned product line.
You may submit a Creator Edit under your creator name, an original Edit name, or a brand name you own or are authorized to use. Your independent creator or brand identity remains yours; MiPalette receives the limited rights needed to publish and promote the approved Edit under the Program Rules.
Approved Edits may receive 60 days of first-release protection. An identical Creator Edit cannot coexist while yours is active, subject to the Program Rules. Individual MiPalette shade SKUs remain available to MiPalette and other creators.
Creator Edit economics are tracked at the Edit level. Eligible Edit purchases and Edit-linked repeat/refill purchases stay connected to that Edit. The customer is not permanently assigned to you: if they later buy another creator’s Edit, that purchase follows the other Edit.
If you leave the general Creator Program and your Creator Edit remains on sale, eligible Edit-level earnings continue under the Program Rules. Ordinary affiliate-link earnings end when general Program participation ends. You may also request to archive your Edit.
Two payout streams, one reason: regular product referrals stay in Shopify Collabs, while your named Creator Edit is treated as a separate creator asset and is tracked through the MiPalette Edit ledger.
Ordinary non-Edit product line items follow Shopify Collabs attribution and payout. Creator Edit and Edit-linked line items follow Edit-ID attribution and are paid through the MiPalette Edit ledger. A mixed cart can therefore split line by line between the applicable creators, and the same line item is not paid twice.
Edit-ledger earnings are generally held for 30 days after delivery to allow for returns and adjustments, then paid approximately monthly around the 15th once the cleared payable balance reaches $25, subject to the Program Rules and completed tax/payout setup.
Professional growth. Selected creators may be invited to deeper professional makeup education with MakeupClasses.com and/or Dawn Maloney. These opportunities may cover makeup technique, product knowledge, educational content, and professional beauty development; they are not automatic Founding entitlements.
Co-Creation. Proven, verified demand can open a conversation about deeper Co-Creation. As a practical reference point, MiPalette typically starts that conversation around 50 valid Creator Edit orders in a rolling 90-day period. This is a reference point, not a guarantee.
Any Co-Creation shade, royalty, pricing input, launch support, production-SKU right, or retail extension requires separate approval and an applicable agreement.
MiPalette may promote a named Creator Edit using MiPalette-owned or approved brand assets, with the creator name or approved brand identity attached to the Edit being promoted.
Selected Edits may receive support through MiPalette social, email, launches, events, education, or future retail opportunities. Priority consideration is not a guaranteed media spend or placement.
Using your original video, photo, voice, likeness, handle, or creator-post asset in paid media is separate from promoting the Edit itself and follows the applicable creator-content permission terms.
Is this first come, first served?
No. The Founding 100 are the first 100 qualified creators accepted after review.
Do I need a large following?
No fixed follower minimum. Follower count can be one signal, but it is not the only decision factor.
If I receive product, do I have to post a positive review?
No. We want creators to try MiPalette honestly. The 15% Creator rate is unlocked only after qualifying content is actually published and verified.
Can my Creator Edit also sell on TikTok Shop?
Selected published Creator Edits may also be listed through MiPalette-authorized TikTok Shop targeted collaborations, subject to channel capacity and approval. The current targeted rate for an approved Creator’s own Edit bundle is 15% unless the applicable TikTok plan shown before acceptance states otherwise.
Does traffic from another creator take my Edit earnings?
No on the Edit line item. Creator Edit line items follow the Edit ID; ordinary non-Edit products in the same cart follow the applicable Shopify Collabs attribution.
Can I use my own brand name?
Yes, if you own it or have the right to use it. Your independent brand identity remains yours; MiPalette publishes the approved Creator Edit under the Program Rules.
Start at 10%, unlock 15% with your first verified post, then build a named Creator Edit people can recognize, shop, and come back to.
