Builder Review

Request Builder in the same application.

Starter uses the existing creator registration profile. Builder asks for proof that the public account is active, owned by the applicant, and already reaching a relevant audience.

  • 60 days Account has been operated for at least 60 days.
  • 4 posts At least 4 posts published in the last 90 days.
  • 2 relevant At least 2 posts about beauty, makeup, color, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • 500 or 5,000 500 followers, or 5,000 total reach/views in the last 90 days.
  • 30 days Dashboard screenshot created within the last 30 days, showing account name and 90-day data.
  • Ownership Account ownership confirmation completed before approval.

Vote To Sale

One palette link. Different destination.

Before production approval, the creator shares a vote link. After 50 valid votes, brand review, and Shopify product binding, the link can become a purchase link with attribution.

Content & Payment

Clear rules. Quietly enforced.

Posting is voluntary, commissions are tracked through creator links, and payout only happens after the order is delivered and unlocked.

No posting quota.

No KPIs, posting schedules, pre-approvals, edit requirements, or exclusivity requirements.

Disclosure matters.

Use clear disclosures such as #ad, #commissionable, or #gifted when posting about the relationship.

Payment unlocks later.

Commissions unlock 30 days after delivery. Creators request withdrawal, and MiPalette reviews and pays approved requests on or around the 1st and 15th each month.

Minimum payout is USD 25, waived for eligible final creator settlements and annual December 31 settlements. A valid W-9 or W-8BEN is required before payout requests can be paid. Dashboards show anonymized order data only and do not expose consumer personal information.

Do I need to pay to become a creator?

No. Applying to the MiPalette Creator Program is free. Palette Starter is the simple entry path; Builder review asks for account and performance proof.

Can I apply for Builder directly?

Yes. Select Palette Builder in the same creator application flow. If Builder is not approved, you can still remain eligible for Starter.

What happens if Builder review is rejected?

You keep Starter eligibility if the Starter requirements are met. Builder can be requested again after the review window, or earned through 10 lifetime net orders.

Do higher tiers get different tools?

No. Every approved creator gets the same links, landing page, dashboard, and Creator Kit from day one. Tiers only change commission rate.

When is my palette link a vote link?

Before the palette reaches 50 valid votes and passes brand review, the palette share link should send people to vote.

After 50 valid votes, brand feasibility approval, and Shopify product binding, the creator link can route to the shoppable product.

Does voting mean the product is guaranteed?

No. Voting shows demand. It is not a purchase, launch promise, or delivery guarantee.

Co-creation

How does co-creation royalty work?

Invited co-creators may receive product page credit and 5% royalty on eligible net sales of their SKU while it remains on sale.

Do I also earn commission on my own co-created SKU?

Yes. If you sell your own co-created SKU through your own link, the commission rate is 15% under the current program rules.

Do creators have posting requirements?

No. Posting is voluntary. There are no posting KPIs, schedules, pre-approvals, edit requirements, or exclusivity requirements.

When you post, disclose the relationship clearly, such as #ad, #commissionable, or #gifted. Do not make medical or efficacy claims.

When are commissions paid?

Commissions unlock 30 days after delivery. Once your available balance reaches USD 25, you can request withdrawal. Your applicable tax information must be approved before MiPalette can complete the payout. MiPalette generally reviews and processes eligible requests on or around the 1st and 15th of each month. Eligible final creator settlements and annual December 31 settlements are exempt from the USD 25 minimum.
